Meals are prepared by our cooks, skilled in traditional Bhutanese, Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine, with fresh organic local ingredients that change with the seasons. Our huge, beautifully decorated dining room keeps a homely feel – with a traditional wood stove (bukhari) set in the middle and morning sunlight over the three sister hills of Meri Puensum.
